The massive, 1,175-acre super site in Clark County, Arkansas is ready for development and ideal for large manufacturing or distribution complexes. The site is locaetd one mile off of I-30, offering incredible access to U.S. markets. “This site has everything a manufacturing or distribution company would need to establish a large footprint,” J.D. Lowery, Manager, Community and Economic Development for the Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas. “With the move to onshore in the United States, companies need room to expand. Arkansas can offer that at the Clark County Super Site and at sites throughout the state, like the REDI Arkansas Manufacturing Center.”

“The Clark County site has several specific advantages like Union Pacific Railroad access. Since the site is directly across from the Clark County Industrial Park, infrastructure is in place ensuring the availability of water, electricity and internet,” said Lowery.

Companies Have Access to a Large Workforce
